I first came across Mike over 12 years ago. The company offered “redundancy coaching” – otherwise known as outplacement. My role was coming to an end at my company and I wanted to get some impartial advice on my best directions going forward. While we sent through some of the psychometric parapehalia, what I noticed most about Mike was his ability to reframe a problem in a new way. In doing so, he often helped me to notice new possibilities. To cut a long story short , 6 weeks after we first me I felt more motivated and focused than I had done in a long time. Since then, I turn to Mike a couple of times a year for help with a new challenge in my work and he always delivers and invaluable service to me. Its great to have somebody on your side in uncertain times.
